Treehouse Restaurant
A restaurant 10 meters up in a redwood tree… now that’s a dining experience. It was actually built as part of an advertising campaign for Yellow Pages — very clever marketing by the people at yellow considering the attention it has gathered over the last year — taking out an award at the Cannes advertising festival. I’m visitng NZ later this year, but unfortunately they’re not taking anymore bookings grr. It opened last December and was built by Pacific Environment Architects.
